This was a pick up from a garage so asked to have a 15 minute away call so someone could go to meet him there. At 20.20 still no message. Phoned driver and he eventually arrived at 20.35. He was polite and helpful.

First of all, where was the call to tell us he was running late, secondly, why does he not know where he is going?? He then arrived at 09:20 with an attitude.
We realised we would not fit all of the items into the van so we agreed to do two journeys - to which his response was you will have to pay for. I certainly wasnt expecting this given he was 20 minutes late without an apology. To add insult to injury - he piled computer items on top of each other so heavy and disrespectful that two separate computer screens broke (I have photos I can send you across). I am extremely disappointed with the service and the costs that we have incurred and we would like to be reimbursed for the appalling service and financial loss. Driver's response: Hi this is not correct. I arrived at 9:05 and was trying to call the customer more than 8 times to find out where to load as collection address was on a red route. I did apologise and explained I was trying to call. I had to keep driving around in circles until somebody answered to tell me where to go. Items were not packed correctly and they ordered the wrong size van. I had to do two trips for them. No items were reported damaged at the time of the delivery and no sign of any damage when the items were unloaded. This is not what happened. However he was half an hour late when I booked for 7.30am on purpose to make sure I had enough time to do the move with the time I had booked off work. So, great for the move, but not for punctuality.

The driver seemed motivated and experienced to pack the van smartly making use of the space, although I had booked his help. It was household waste to recycle so not the most beautiful job but that information was provided in the booking. In the end it took us an hour less than I had booked but he really seemed to try to keep his job as easy as possible. overall moderate value for money. but the driver was friendly.
