Driver was on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful The driver was not helpful, he had to be asked several times to help whilst unloading. He helped with carrying of items whilst loading, his packing of the van was questionable. He sat in the van on his phone for the majority of the unloading process, he did not manage to help us move the things up to the first floor via the lift at the storage place. He was booked and paid for 2 hours, I booked a driver who would help, he did very little. The job only took an hour, if he had actually tried to be helpful rather than having to be asked, repeatedly. I would feel like he earned the paid hour off. I would not use him again nor would I recommend him. If I didn't have my brother there to help I don't know what I would have done.	7 years ago
