The buzzer to my building was broken and I had entered one of the digits of my phone number on the website incorrectly so the poor guy was waiting outside my door for 15 minutes. He was extremely patient even though I was completely disorganised and had not finished packing thoroughly in advance (extenuating circumstances that I won't go into). He was very friendly and helpful and put me at complete ease during a stressful morning. On the drive to our new place, he and my girlfriend had a lovely chat and he helped us to load and unload everything very efficiently. Lovely guy, couldn't recommend him more highly.	9 years ago
