Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was not respectful Pros: 2 fast, strong men Cons: The second man ( not a boy as someone here said) wasn't careful - I watched him put a heavy box on top of a light box & so break the contents. I watched him swivel a bookcase on its corner and so crush the corner. Second man doesn't seem to speak English. They were over an hour late. I had to phone them to discover this. Overall: I wouldn't use the 2 man team again. I might use the one man & van because the owner was more careful while being fast & strong.	9 years ago

I'd definitely recommend them - we were surprised at how quickly they moved everything! Also, we were amazed that not even a single wine glass was broken!	9 years ago

We booked him to take furniture and boxes from Central London to a small town in Yorkshire, with a very early start at daybreak. He packed the van carefully and efficiently and he had lots of blankets. We didn't travel with him, but we had no concerns about sending him off on his own with our possessions, and he arrived at the destination as expected to be met by two people, and they also found him to be a charming man who was committed to his job, eager to please, and with a great attitude to work. They were careful with my things, packed and unpacked them into the van well. Didn't complain that I had more than I had expected which made them a bit late for the person after me (Sorry!). They were on time, at all times helpful, polite and making an effort where possible! They were working all day really hard and stayed even a bit longer into the evening to make sure that everything was done, we were truly impressed! Both were very careful in handling our things, however there was the one or other slight mark on one of the wardrobes, but I guess that is hardly avoidable. We were overall very happy and will book their services again should we require it.	9 years ago
