I will always endeavour to keep you up dated on progress and of arrival times. Sometimes though unforseen circumstances may arise, traffic jams, being one example, and obviously where possible I will avoid this, but if I am running late I will always let you know and confirm my new ETA.

I am fully insured, £15,000 goods in transit and £2million public liability. I also have a current CRB check. All documentation can be shown if requested.
