He was early, moved all items without difficulty (a solid oak dining set), used blankets and straps to secure the goods. As I could not ride with him due to children, we met him at my home, where he reassembled the table using blankets to protect my wood flooring. An absolute pro and the best man and van I've utilized, I'd recommend him to anyone.

He was also really quick and moved a full room into the van with me in about 20 mins. He had a trolley and all the gear needed. Excellent service.

We had asked for a driver but no help, however Roberto did us a favour by taking items from us into the van and ensuring they were placed safely in the van. I was somewhat surprised that she didn't have breakdown cover for her vehicle. However, she was apologetic, polite and helpful throughout. She managed to arrange a new van and driver through comparethemanandvan and after a 2 hour delay my things were finally delivered to my new home. I must say also that the replacement driver and his mate were very helpful too. The carried my things for me at every opportunity even though they weren't obliged to. Overall I was pleased that a smalll drama didn't become a crisis so alls well that ends well!

My man & van experience could not have gone smoother - thank you so very much. I had literally just come off a 24 hour plane journey a couple of hours earlier and was not looking forward to a day of moving! I needn't have worried though as my man with a van & his son (apologies, I forget their names - I was very tired!) did absolutely everything for me. They were both so lovely, kind & helpful - even with so many stops on my journey! Would highly recommend & will be using again next time I need a Man & Van. Thank you.

There were major traffic disruptions en route, but he was very calm and worked out a different route. He was extra helpful when unloading at my destination, getting some awkward items up into the loft.

On the day Roberto was fantastic and on time which was crucial, very polite and hard working the move took slightly longer than estimated but i was aware and prepared for this before i booked and had no issues because i could see every thing was done to make my move as quick as possible i would definitely use Focale Green and Compare the man and van again.
