Driver was on time Didn't have straps and blankets Driver was respectful We got it done but there was definitely a focus on extra cost because there were 5 steps to front door and potential cost on exceeded time (we did exceed by 15 mins due to aforementioned discussions and phone calls about the steps). I got far more involved than had planned to do in order to get things moving. Had I not done so, we would have gone over by an hour for sure. Mission was accomplished with no damage.	8 years ago

However they left the van open and unguarded down the road while we were dismantling and item, and one of my friends saw them kicking my boxes across the back of the van.	8 years ago

Had requested just driver and myself to move items but driver + another man turned up and this increase the cost by a further �100.	9 years ago
