They helped me dismantle some of my furniture even though I hadn't requested this and came with all the necessary tools. They were very pleasant and made the whole experience relatively fun. As our first driver got cancelled he came to us as quickly as possible and helped with goods when he didn't have to. His driving skills were safe but fast. They lifted EVERYTHING with care and did it all very quickly. The van was clean, all my stuff transported safely and they were polite and very friendly. I most certainly will be recommending them. He did most of the heavy lifting which I was so grateful for and surprised to see! However, he called head office and a replacement van and driver were sent immediately. I was very pleased that the replacement was done so smoothly and I hope Sebastian gets his van back soon.	8 years ago

Fair enough, there were some unforeseen circumstances on his way, but he also could not find the pick up point circling around the area for one hour. CMV response: The driver has been advised that if he has problems in the future contacting a customer on arrival he should call the office for assistance.	8 years ago
